Safety and respect are the foundation of ATEMLOS. We do not accept behavior or expressions that demean or harm others.

Play by the rules — dear sir.

If you feel unsafe, harassed, or if something doesn’t feel right — discreetly contact a staff member. Just say at the bar: “Änglashot.” You will receive immediate help without having to explain yourself in front of others. We can, for example:

Redirect or remove someone

Help arrange a safe way home

Walk you to a taxi

Offer a calm, safe space

This applies regardless of whether it occurs through words, gestures, clothing, symbols, social media, or other behavior — inside or in direct connection to our venue. All forms of threats, violence, or harassment will be reported to the police.

Zero tolerance for:

Transphobia

Homophobia

Racism and xenophobia

Sexism and misogyny

Ableism

Harassment, threats, or abuse

Intentional misgendering or degrading language

Aggressive political statements or agitation that create an unsafe atmosphere

ATEMLOS is first and foremost a safe space for LGBTQIA+ people.

Allies are welcome — as long as you understand where you are, why this space exists, and how you are expected to behave.

This is not an exotic experience, a bachelorette party destination, or a place to “people-watch.” Respect, humility, and attentiveness are not bonuses, but requirements.
